My cast iron cooking grids appear to be rusty. What do I do?

My cast iron cooking grids appear to be rusty. Your grids may appear to be rusty if they have not been properly seasoned or maintained. Also, if you have used a harsh brush or utensil, you may have removed the protective porcelain coating. Use a stainless steel bristle brush to clean the grids and then re-season.
