  • Serial Number and model
    •   ● When entering the Serial Number of your grill please enter it in the following format - Serial Number Format:X-123456.
        The serial number is located on the gas caution sticker. This sticker is located in one of a number of locations depending on the structure of the grill -
        either on the outside edge of the bottom shelf if there are not any side or rear panels, or on the rear cart support bar, or on the back side of a front panel,
        or on a side or back panel.
